The following declaration informs you about what kind of personal data for which purpose we, as the responsible body, collect on this website and to which extent this data is made available to third parties.

2. Legal basis for processing

The processing of personal data requires a legal basis which we would like to introduce to you in the following.

When we process personal data for which we obtain the consent of the data subject, article 6 paragraph 1.lit. a EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the legal basis.

When we process personal data that is required to fulfill a contract whose contracting party is the data subject article 6 (1) lit. b GDPR works as the legal basis. This also includes processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. If processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation of which our company is subject, article 6 paragraph 1 lit. c GDPR is the legal basis.

If processing is necessary to ensure a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the former interest, article 6 paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR is the legal basis for processing. The legitimate interest of our company lies in the conduct of our business as well as in the analysis, optimization and maintenance of the security of our online offer.

II. Log files

Such data is automatically stored in the server statistics that the browser transmits to us in the context of our legitimate interest in the analysis and for security reasons (so called log files).

These are in detail the following data:

  • Language and version of the browser software
  • Operating system used and its surface
  • Referrer URL (the previsously visited page)
  • Host name of the accessing computer (IP address)
  • Data and time of the server request
  • Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
  • Content of the request (specific page)
  • Amount of data transferred
  • Access status/ HTTP- status code

We cannot assign this data to specific people. It is not merged with other data sources. The data is deleted after a statistical evaluation within 7 days. Data whose further storage is required for evidence purposes is excluded from deletion until the respective incident has been finally clarified.

III. Contractual processing

The personal data you provide, such as name, address or email address, are only used internally to answer your inquiries, process your orders or to give you access to certain information.

V. Applicant Data

Via our website, data from applicants for the designated job offers can be collected if you provide them actively as an applicant.

1. Data protection notice for applicants (only applies with consent)

The personal data provided by you, such as name or email address, will only be used to forward your inquiries to the company you asked for. The data entered is processed and used exclusively for the purpose of selecting applicants at this company. With your application, you agree that you will be contacted and informed by post and / or by telephone as part of the application process. Please note that your data is not stored anonymously, but is accessible to the company’s HR department and to the functions that are relevant for filling the position. All applicants should only be assessed on the basis of their qualifications regardless of race, ethnic origin, gender, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual identity. We therefore ask you to refrain from such information in the application if possible. You can change or delete your application at any time and revoke your consent. To do this, contact the company you applied at.

2. Consent to further data use of applicant data (only applies if consent is given)

As part of the requested applicant data, you can also give the following consent of your choice for the stated purpose and with the stated right:

“I agree that persomatch GmbH will save the application data I have given in order to forward them to potentially interested companies for the purpose of the job placement in the future. My data will be forwarded to only those companies whose job advertisements match my application data with regard to industry and region. These companies can then contact me. As part of this the application letter sent by me is not forwarded and is therefore not made known to the respective company I had applied for.

I can revoke this consent at any time and have my application data deleted at persomatch. I also have the right to receive information about my stored data as well as block them and correct them.“

VI. Cookies

This site uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and through which the body that sets the cookie receives certain information. They serve to make the website more user friendly and effective and / or to make it easier for you to navigate our website.

You can also use our website without accepting cookies. It is also possible to configure your browser settings according to your wishes and overall e.g. refuse to accept third-party cookies or all cookies or delete cookies that have already been saved. VII. Newsletter

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on our website, we need a valid email address from you which allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided or that you are the owner upon receipt of the newsletter agrees.

After specifying the email address, we will send you a confirmation email to the address given, in which we ask you to confirm that you wish the newsletter to be sent. If you do not confirm the email within 24 hours, your data relating to the newsletter dispatch will be deleted automatically. If you confirm the request to receive the newsletter, we will save your email address until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

We only send newsletters with your consent or legal permission.

Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the email address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time. You will find a link to cancel the newsletter at the end of each newsletter. If the users have only registered for the newsletter and canceled this registration, their personal data will be deleted.  

VIII. Registration

Our website offers a registration option. The personal data entered during registration will be transmitted to the person responsible for processing. The data is stored by us exclusively for the purpose of internal use.

When registering, the user’s IP address and the date and time of registration are saved. This serves to prevent misuse of the services. The data will not be passed on to third parties. There is an exception if there is a legal obligation to pass it on.

Registration of the data is necessary for the provision of content or services. Registered persons can delete or change the stored data at any time, provided that there are no legal or contractual retention requirements. The data subject receives information about the personal data stored about them at any time.

IX. Forwarding the data to third parties

We pass on data to third parties if it is necessary to fulfill the contract and / or if we are legally obliged to do so in individual cases.

In some cases we use external service providers in the context of our legitimate interests with regard to analysis, optimization and economic operation of the online offer. This basically assumes that the third party providers of this content perceive the IP address of the users as they could not send the content to their browser without the IP address. The IP address is required to display this content. Third-party providers can also use so-called pixel tags (invisible graphics, also called “web beacons”) for statistical or marketing purposes. The pixel tags can be used to evaluate information such as visitor traffic on the pages of this website. a. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics as a web analysis service. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

We would like to point out that this website uses Google Analytics with the extension “anonymizelp ()” and therefore IP addresses from Google in member states within the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area are shortened before transmission in order to exclude a direct personal reference. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

b. Google reCaptcha

To protect improper use, we use the Google reCaptcha identification service on our website. c. Youtube

We use YouTube, a service from Google, to embed videos.

These videos are stored on youtube.com and can be played directly from our website. YouTube uses cookies for data collection and statistical data evaluation. YouTube uses cookies, among other things, to collect reliable video statistics, to prevent fraud and to improve user-friendliness. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to YouTube servers in the USA and stored there. Your IP address cannot be assigned unless you have logged in to YouTube or another Google service before accessing the page or you are logged in permanently. If you do not wish to do so, you will need to log out of your YouTube account and your other Google accounts.

We recieve statistics from YouTube cookies for retrieving individuals videos embedded in the website woithout reference to the respective user. 

The embedded videos from YouTube are used as permitted by YouTube, which all users must accept. If you see copyright infringement, please report it directly to YouTube. We use embedded YouTube videos in extended data protection mode. This means that YouTube does not store cookies for a user viewing a website with an embedded YouTube video player and YouTube may be able to save cookies on the user’s computer. 5. SalesViewer

This website uses the SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH to collect and save data for marketing, market research and optimization purposes on the basis of the website operator’s legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). For this purpose, a JavaScript-based code is used, which is used to collect company-related data and use it accordingly. The data collected with this technology is encrypted using a non-recalculating one-way function (so-called hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymised and not used to personally identify the visitor to this website. XI. Storage period of personal data

We store personal data for the duration of the respective statutory retention period. After the period has expired the data will be routinely deleted unless there is a need for initiating a contract or fulfilling the contract.
