Full house and good talks!
The Social Recruiting Days celebrated their 5th anniversary with the motto “Power of Ideas”. New ideas around the topics Talent Sourcing, Recruitment Analytics & AI, Candidate Journey & Talent Attraction, Employer Branding & Employee Experience as well as more than 40 speakers inspired the HR scene.
Our presentation on “Google for Jobs: What will come, what will stay, what will disappear?” was a complete success. It’s always amazing how many HR professionals do still not have Google and Google for Jobs on their screens to spread their job advertisements – and thus waste so much potential. Numerous discussions after our lecture showed the large interest and produced to some HR employee valuable “wow” effects.
